Pup Powered provides mobile dog treadmill exercise sessions at customer locations within our designated service area. All sessions are designed to promote canine fitness through supervised, low-impact exercise tailored to each dog's individual needs.

Our services are not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
 

2. Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the dog.

• The information you provide about your dog is accurate and complete.
   

3. Dog Health & Safety

The health and safety of every dog is our priority.

Owners agree to:

• Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, behavioral concerns, or mobility limitations.

• Ensure vaccinations are current where required.

• Notify us if the dog becomes ill before a scheduled session.

Pup Powered reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if we believe participation may not be safe for the dog, our staff, or others.
 

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 

5. Payments

Payment is due according to the pricing selected during booking.

Monthly plans renew only as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 

6. Owner Responsibilities

During each appointment, owners agree to:

• Provide a safe and accessible location.

• Secure other pets if necessary.

• Ensure someone is available if required for the session.

• Follow any safety recommendations provided by our trainers.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe experience, participation in any exercise program involves inherent risks.

Pup Powered is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from:

• Undisclosed medical conditions

• Inaccurate information provided by the owner

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
